For years, I believed that good parenting meant controlling behavior.
As a pastor, father, and ministry leader, I loved my children deeply—but too often, I parented from fear, frustration, and performance instead of grace.
God began changing me before He changed my parenting.
Through Scripture, emotional health, neuroscience, and years of coaching families, I discovered that transformation doesn't begin with controlling our children—it begins with allowing God to transform us.
Today, I help parents build homes marked by connection, emotional safety, and the grace of Jesus.
